WHAT IS ALFAVAL
AlfaVal is a holistic functional system designed to guide people from health, psychological, and life breakdowns back into a functional state.
The system is built on conditions, not promises: nutrition, movement, breathing, water, consistency, and restructuring habits and decision-making.
When the system is implemented consistently, results are repeatable.
When it is abandoned, issues often return within just a few days. This confirms the mechanism behind its effectiveness.
The AlfaVal system has been practically tested on approximately 500 people in different life situations, showing repeatable outcomes when the instructions are followed consistently.
WHY PHASE 0
Right now, my main bottlenecks are time and focus.
I work for another company where, using an existing database of several thousand people, I generate up to €20,000 in monthly impact, but the company’s system is inefficient and does not use its full potential.
I am paid based on performance within a weak business model that is not optimized. I have developed my own system that is significantly more effective than other providers, which is measurable by the fact that clients specifically request me.
If I had the same conditions, team support, and operational capacity for AlfaVal, I could generate that impact for the association and for the development of the AlfaVal system, and build it to run independently.
Instead, I am currently doing almost everything myself, while also supporting a key research partner and continuing the experiments that are essential for the system’s development.
Phase 0 Radovljica therefore has one clear purpose: remove limitations so execution can replace survival mode.
WHAT IS PHASE 0 – RADOVLJICA
Phase 0 Radovljica is a stabilization phase designed to establish a functioning operational core.
This means creating the minimum conditions where AlfaVal can operate as a repeatable project that can be documented, structured, and later scaled.
Phase 0 includes:
– a functional setup of the Radovljica space for delivery, workshops, and system documentation
– basic operational support so the system leader does not lose time on administration, logistics, and constant improvisation
– conditions for ongoing experimentation and protocol development
– stabilization of key research work so results are not lost due to unsuitable conditions
Phase 0 does not include expansion, advertising, or growth at any cost.
Phase 0 means control, execution, and proof.

With structure, mentorship, and clear rules, they move fast: they develop responsibility, increase functionality, and often build businesses or step into higher-level performance.
Phase 0 creates the conditions for this work to happen systematically and sustainably, not occasionally and on the edge of survival.
