QLA BLUEPRINT – PHASE 0
Stabilization & Controlled Pilot Project
A controlled pilot project for health, longevity, and mental resilience, based on functional regeneration of the body, psyche, and mindset.
PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
This document describes PHASE 0 of the AlfaVal project.
PHASE 0 is a time-limited operational stabilization period with one goal: remove the key bottlenecks and enable the launch of a controlled pilot project.
This is not a business plan.
It is an operational blueprint for decision-making.
WHAT PHASE 0 MAKES POSSIBLE
– establishing a controlled operational core
– allowing the system leader to focus on execution and results
– stabilizing the key research collaborator
– documenting and validating a functioning system
SCOPE
PHASE 0 lasts 6–12 months.
It does not include growth or expansion.
The outcomes of PHASE 0 determine the next steps.
PROJECT STATUS
The AlfaVal project is transitioning from independent research work into a structured controlled pilot project.
All resources to date have been self-funded.

1. Purpose of this document
This document describes PHASE 0 of the AlfaVal project.
PHASE 0 is not a phase of growth, marketing, or expansion.
PHASE 0 is operational stabilization, with a single objective: to remove the key bottlenecks and enable the controlled pilot project to begin operating.
Without PHASE 0, the system cannot enter the proof phase.
PHASE 0 is time-limited and measurable.
2. The core of the AlfaVal system (briefly)
AlfaVal is a functional regenerative system based on conditions, not therapies or motivation.
AlfaVal is not medical treatment. It is a functional regeneration and performance system based on measurable conditions and disciplined execution.
The system includes:
– plant-based nutrition
– movement
– breathing
– hydration
– consistent restructuring of habits and decision-making
When the system is applied consistently, results are repeatable.
When it is abandoned, problems return quickly.
This confirms a mechanism, not coincidence.
The system has been developed and validated through more than 20 years of practical work.
3. The problem PHASE 0 solves
The AlfaVal project is not limited by lack of knowledge, results, or vision.
It is limited by:
– fragmentation of the system leader’s time and focus
– absence of a stable working environment
– lack of operational support
– logistical burden caused by daily support of the key research collaborator
This is an operational and structural standstill, not a content problem.
4. PHASE 0 – Stabilization (6–12 months)
PHASE 0 means buying back time, focus, and basic infrastructure so the system can be built into a controlled, functional form for the first time.
PHASE 0 includes three components:
4.1 Controlled operational core – Radovljica
– a stable working and living base for the system leader
– basic setup of the space (functionality, not aesthetics)
– a work environment for writing, documenting, recording, and individual work
– preparation of the environment for the pilot program
Radovljica is not a market. It is a laboratory and proof space.
4.2 A stable solution for the key research partner
– an independent living and research environment
– conditions for rehabilitation and hygiene
– the possibility of continued nutritional and functional testing
– relieving the system leader from daily caregiving responsibilities
This is not a social measure.
This is protection of a key intellectual asset.
4.3 Minimal operational support
– accounting
– administration
– basic management of website and media channels
– physical assistance with setting up the space
Goal: the system leader does not perform support tasks, but leads and builds the system.
5. Timeline and scope
PHASE 0:
– lasts 6–12 months
– has a clear start and end
– does not include expansion or growth
The scope is intentionally limited.
6. Success criteria for PHASE 0
PHASE 0 is successful when:
– the Radovljica base is operational
– the AlfaVal system is clearly structured and documented
– an operational pilot program exists (AlfaVal 90)
– processes are repeatable and written down
– the project is ready for a decision on the next phase
7. PHASE 1 and PHASE 2
PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 are not part of this donation.
They exist as:
– logical continuations
– dependent exclusively on the outcomes of PHASE 0
In brief:
1) PHASE 1: expansion into a larger research-production hub (e.g., a large farm)
2) PHASE 2: global replication of the system through centers, products, and automated content
Decisions on these phases are made only after evidence is produced.
8. Conclusion
PHASE 0 does not fund an idea. It funds the removal of operational constraints so that a system that already exists can function for the first time under controlled conditions.
A small, limited investment enables:
– a functioning pilot project
– clear results
– a foundation for deciding the next steps
